[April didn't really waste time in the throwing together an outfit thing for her trip to the station, opting to use one of Will's currently being ransomed plaid shirts instead of her own. So she can let him know he was in someway involved in this rite of passage.]
[ the officer looks at abigail like "this is ur guardian???", but abigail smiles at him and it's not hard to see the actual softening of his demeanor and the way he looks strangely fond of the teenager.
"Stay out of trouble, all right? I don't want to see you back here."
abigail nods solemnly, taking back her communicator and her wallet from the officer. he hands over her cardigan and gestures for her to vacate the chair. ] Of course not. [ but she flashes april a bright, blissfully carefree smile as she gets up to head over to her. ] At least not tonight.
[ she skips up to april, very pleased, arms full of her stuff. ] Hi.
[April doesn't even bother with the cop thing or talking to them- who knew, with imPort timelines being what they were Abby could be her daughter from the future. A claim April may give serious thought to mock-serious making at people one day...but for now, there is nothing one needs after time in a cell (even if it's only 10 whole minutes) more than late night, grease covered food stuffs. Right?
And she needed somewhere to hear the whole story, anyway.]
None, actually. At least not when they took me out. But for my first time being taken out in handcuffs, I'm not sure I needed fire. You know, save something for next time?
[She makes a small noise of agreement at that. Not like this was going to be the last time Will went out to run errands for his boyfriend. Not now that that were done with the trial separation for the time being.
